School of Leadership (SOL), the social responsibility wing of LeadẄynn, has conducted several focused group discussions on themes like benefits of circular economy. There is an ongoing Standing Conference of working out new economic models for sustainability of ecosystems and ways of enhancing livelihood opportunities for those dependent on use of natural resources.
In all projects, the objective of FOCE to assist communities to reduce overconsumption, adapt to their environments and live within the means of their ecosystems.

It offers a structured way for inculcating behaviors aligned to specific conservation and sustainable goals adopted by an individual, group, organization or a business enterprise.
